Using Yahoo Instant Messenger to get quick answers from the
Palm Springs Public Library

It’s simple with Yahoo Instant Messenger.  If you have an account, after logging in,  just start typing the Library’s name or Yahoo! ID:

palmsprings_library

into the Contact Search Bar, a list of matching names and IDs will appear, simply click on Palm Springs Library and press the enter key and you’re ready to instant message your question.

Instant Messaging with the Palm Springs Library is only available during the Library's open hours.

 If you don’t currently have a Yahoo Instant Message account or if you don't have Yahoo's software installed on your computer, connecting is easy.  Go to http://webmessenger.yahoo.com/ and sign up or log in.  After you have set up your account you’ll be able to send an instant message question to the Library any time we’re open.
